Lt. General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, Commander of Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces (RSF), issued a firm condemnation of the recent Iranian attack on the State of Qatar, describing it as a blatant violation of Qatari sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a grave threat to the security and stability of the Middle East.

In an official statement, Dagalo emphasized the importance of resolving disputes between neighboring countries through diplomatic means, calling for an immediate end to ongoing wars and conflicts in the region. “The path to peace, stability, and prosperity lies in dialogue, not confrontation,” he said.

Dagalo also urged Iran to cease its interference in the internal affairs of neighboring states, warning that continued intervention only fuels instability and deepens regional crises.

Addressing broader security concerns, the RSF commander reiterated a strong and unequivocal position against Iran acquiring nuclear weapons. “Allowing Iran to obtain such capabilities would dangerously escalate regional tensions and constitute a direct threat to global peace and security,” Dagalo stated.

He concluded by calling on the international community to act decisively to uphold the principles of peace, non-aggression, and mutual respect between nations. “It is imperative that the world stands united in rejecting any form of aggression that undermines sovereignty and international law,” he added.
