منظمة شباب دارفور تدين قصف طيران الجيش للمدنيين في نيالا

إدانة القصف العشوائي في نيالا:

حماية المدنيين و عدم تعريض حياتهم للخطر بالإضافة لحماية الأعيان المدنية تأتي في مقدمة قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني المعنية بالنزاعات المسلحة الغير الدولية ،و بالتالي التعرض للمدنيين و قتلهم بصورة متعمدة تعتبر من جرائم الحرب التى تقع تحت إختصاص نظام روما الأساسي لسنة 1998م .
منظمة شباب دارفور للتنمية المستدامة تدين بأشد العبارات القصف الذي تعرض له المدنيين الأبرياء صباح اليوم التاسع و العشرين من ديسمبر 2023 بمدينة نيالا.

وقد تم قصف احياء بمدينة نيالا و هي حي الرياض والسلام والجير وخرطوم بالليل بالطيران و هي أحياء كبيرة ماهولة بالسكان بمدينة نيالا ، طال القصف المدنيين و خلف ٩ قتيلاً و ١٦ من الجرحى بحي الرياض فقط و بينهم اطفال و نساء و عدد ٣٥ جرحى بحالات خطيرة بالاحياء الآخرى.
و الجدير بالذكر يعد هذا القصف العشوائي للأحياء السكنية بمدينة نيالا للمرة الرابعة منذ اندلاع حرب ١٥ أبريل ، و يعد استهداف مدينة بحجم نيالا بالطيران جريمة حرب و التى أودت بحياة و جرح العشرات من المدنيين العزل ،و تدمير بعض من الأعيان المدنية بواسطة الطيران ، إن قواعد الإشتباك الدولية تحتم على أطراف الصراع في كل الأوقات التمييز ما بين هو هدف عسكري ،المدنيين ،و الأعيان المدنية ،ويجب توفير الحماية للمدنيين في جميع الأوقات.

Condemning the indiscriminate bombing in Nyala :

Protecting civilians and not exposing their lives to danger, in addition to protecting civilian objects, comes at the forefront of the rules of international humanitarian law concerned with non-international armed conflicts, and therefore deliberately attacking and killing civilians is considered a war crime that falls under the jurisdiction of the Rome Statute of 1998.
Darfur Youth Center for SDGs condemned in the strongest terms the bombing of innocent civilians on the morning of the twenty-ninth of December 2023 in the city of Nyala. Neighborhoods in the city of Nyala, namely Al-Riyadh, Al-Salam, Al-Jir, and Khartoum neighborhoods, were bombed at night by aircraft. These are large, populated neighborhoods in the city of Nyala. The bombing affected civilians and left 9 dead and 16 wounded in Al-Riyadh neighborhood only, including children and women, and 35 wounded. Serious conditions in other neighborhoods.
It is worth noting that this indiscriminate bombing of residential neighborhoods in the city of Nyala is for the fourth time since the outbreak of the April 15 war, and targeting a city the size of Nyala with aircraft is a war crime, which has claimed the lives and wounds of dozens of unarmed civilians, and the destruction of some civilian objects by aircraft. The rules of International conflict requires parties to a conflict at all times to distinguish between a military target, civilians, and civilian objects, and must provide protection to civilians at all times.
